As an added bonus, you'll be able to set a monthly 15 minute video call, with a success coach to further help you align your daily calories and macros.

The app allows you to text directly to your success coach for questions concerning your plan.
This plan is a mix of full body, upper body, core and leg workouts that are 2-5 workouts a week with warm ups and stretches. So once we have defined your workout needs, to fit your goals, we'll pick the number of workout days and work around them and your schedule. This also comes with all the trackers for calorie deficit and macronutrient breakdown assignments. We'll adjust your daily calorie deficit as we go along to keep you accountable and energized. We typically want to keep you at about a pound weight loss while building energy, muscle tone and strength.

ASSIGNED CALORIE AND MACRO BREAKDOWN
While you'll eat the foods you like, and not have to make different meals for others in your household, you'll track all your foods. The food tracker will automatically update your used and remaining calories and macros. Put the focus on base calories and carbs (to start with until you are more familiar with the trackers... then you can start with the other macros. This focus is more on what you can eat and not on food exclusions... it doesn't matter if you're vegan, vegetarian, keto, intermittent fasting etc. All things are included as long as it fits in your daily calories and macronutrient allowance.
Calorie deficit macronutrient assignment and updates (set to lose 1-1.5 pounds per week), trackers (food, macros, optional photo progression, optional body measurement progression, steps and calories burned with wearables Fitbit and/or Apple Watch), 30 minute weekly video calls (to review logged foods, make better suggestions, check in on how you're feeling, if you still have energy and decided if changes are to be made to calorie deficit assignment and macros.
My name is Coach Edward. I'm the Lead Personal Trainer and Fitness Nutrition Coach here at Savage. My journey began a few decades ago when I wanted to go from couch to full marathon. It didn't take me long to understand that fitness training didn't start or end with the marathon training. I needed to do more; upper body works outs, focus on nutrition as my nutritional needs changed while training for a long distance endurance goal of completing a full marathon.
