My name is Coach Edward. I'm the Lead Personal Trainer and Fitness Nutrition Coach here at Savage. My journey began a few decades ago when I wanted to go from couch to full marathon. It didn't take me long to understand that fitness training didn't start or end with the marathon training. I needed to do more; upper body works outs, focus on nutrition as my nutritional needs changed while training for a long distance endurance goal of completing a full marathon. To date, I:ve done 2 full marathons and nearly 50 half marathons. Now my passion is to help other busy professionals reach their health and fitness goals.
